ILM accredited courses
We provide coaching development for individuals and organisations through our qualification routes with ILM at levels 3, 5 and 7. Whether you would like to develop a coaching culture in your organisation, develop your coaching talent or become a free-lance coach, we have coaching qualifications to support you.

Inhouse Programmes - Bespoke
Our training and development sessions are experiential, interactive, engaging and memorable. Our sessions are full of exercises, discussion and reflection. We enable learning by sharing resources, tools and insights, as well as by creating experiences and environments for you to further explore our specialist subject areas of leadership, coaching, personal development and well-being.

Experiential Courses
We offer indoor and outdoor experiential development for the continual professional development of coaches, teams and leaders. These sessions can be delivered either in-house or at one of our partner venues in Shropshire, UK. Our approach to experiential development involves immersive learning through carefully curated hands-on exercises and experiences that can be applied directly to the workplace.

In our coaching sessions the focal point is always you, your goals and your specific expectations. We work with you holistically, helping you in refocusing, reflecting and reprioritising. The aim of our coaching is to help you to broaden your awareness, gain different perspectives and realise new possibilities. We help you to define and clarify your goals and we provide both challenge and support to help you reach your desired outcomes and to make a meaningful professional impact.

Team and Group Coaching
Our group sessions are person-centred and focus on an agreed topic that each individual resonates and identifies with. We do all we can to create a safe shared space that encourages disclosure of experiences and insights and the sharing of strategies and support. We create the same opportunity in our team coaching sessions but there is more emphasis on the interpersonal relationships and dynamics of the team and how the team can best achieve their outcomes and objectives.

Coaching Supervision
We believe that coaching supervision is essential for safe, ethical, and effective coaching. Our dedicated supervision allows coaches to collaboratively reflect on client cases and practices, encouraging insights and professional development through discussion, reflection, feedback, and exploration. We provide support in navigating challenges, upholding ethical standards, ensuring quality, and promoting a restorative environment for well-being, self-awareness, and continuous learning in both one-to-one and group formats.

Wellbeing
We provide individual or group coaching sessions tailored to specific topics and themes that you may find particularly beneficial for yourself or your team. These sessions are effective both as standalone singular sessions and as components of a larger series. If you can’t find the topic you are looking for, please ask us and we can work with you to find a bespoke solution that works for you and your team.

Psychometrics
As accredited practitioners we can work with you to gain access to psychometric assessments for both you or your teams. We offer psychometric coaching feedback sessions to help you to interpret your reports and to help you to identify your individual traits, types and preferences. We offer this to individuals and organisations to help broaden self-awareness.
