360 Degree Feedback

360 Degree Feedback is an assessment process in which individual employees receive confidential, anonymous evaluations from the people who work around them. This typically includes their manager, peers, and direct reports, as well as a self-evaluation by the employee themselves. Our 360 feedback report is designed to provide information about your performance and behaviour, based on a number of key management and leadership traits.
