We work alongside you and your team, facilitating constructive discussion and providing tools to optimise individual strengths for the benefit of your team and organisation.

Our Coaching Approach

  • An informal introductory call allows us to understand and explore your requirements, expectations, aims and outcomes for team coaching. .

    We listen to your thoughts, as well as offering our own initial ideas and suggestions for possible coaching programmes.

    We can discuss the individuals that will be participating in the coaching and for us to share what you can expect as part of a team coaching programme with us.

  • Nothing is finalised at this point. The proposal takes all the insights from the discovery call and this stage allows us to talk this through and get your thoughts and feedback.

    We see the designing of the coaching sessions as a joint process whereby we work collaboratively with you to meet the needs of all the teams we work with.

  • This is an essential part of coaching.

    Team coaching programmes require a contract agreement to be in place before we start the coaching process to ensure everyone is in agreement.

    We facilitate the coaching conversations to help the team achieve their aims and outcomes identified.

    We create a comfortable and engaging environment for everyone, using diverse tools to enhance team understanding of individual preferences, communication styles, and effective collaboration strategies.

    Our results-oriented team coaching emphasises high performance, with coaches flexibly adapting their styles, and embracing where possible systemic and solution-focused approaches, consistently aligning with the agreed-upon coaching contract.

  • We work with our clients and the people who we coach to understand their feedback and review of their coaching progammes. This is really important to ensure that each team gets the most from their coaching experiences.

    We are keen to understand the impact that the coaching has made on the team and the organisation, and the return on investment that has been achieved.
