What inspires me?
I thrive from embracing my own personal growth and seizing life's opportunities. My career continues to focus on leading and developing others and finding fulfillment in their successess. I founded Inspired Mindset to merge my love of coaching and development with my passion for people's growth. I enjoy meeting new people, socialising with friends, traveling and adventuring, and also long country walks with my partner, Dave, and my cocker spaniel, ‘Chip’… preferably involving a pub or cake shop for a sugar boost!

What inspires me?
My passion is supporting people to unlock and align with their optimum potential, through the delivery of coach training programmes, courses, talks, workshops, retreats and consultancy. I enjoy taking a creative approach and weave integrative arts into almost everything I do. As the author of the best-selling book Burnout to Brilliance, I endeavour to raise awareness and deepen understanding around burnout prevention through my work and lifestyle choices. I live with my husband, Dylan, our two daughters and family dog, Blade in Clevedon, on the coast near Bristol. During the milder months I can be found swimming in the sea, and when the weather turns chilly, I enjoy walking for hours in the woods!

What inspires me?
Working with people who are up for positive change…the work that I do requires me to collaborate with & challenge others; it’s a real privilege accompanying people on their journey of self-discovery and inspiring to be part of their commitment to change. I love my work, but we all need balance. Outside of work I can be found with my family (a tween, teen & a dog) and friends, ideally outdoors, either cycling, walking across fields, up a mountain or even surfing the waves pretty badly but deliriously happy! I’m also part of a book and an art club with fabulous women who inspire me and make me laugh all the time!

What inspires me?
I really do enjoy supporting others to grow and develop, seeing others succeed, fulfilled and happy with who they are and what they are doing. I am inspired by what they achieve and their determination to get there no matter what their personal or professional goals might be.
My other inspiration are my daughters who amaze me every day with their energy, kindness and focus to learn. They often remind me of the important things that can get lost in the busyness of everyday life.

What inspires me?
I love seeing people challenge themselves to develop and grow. Whether it’s a physical pursuit, mastering a skill or making the decision to start something new, watching others seek out and enjoy new experiences and successes is truly inspiring…and it continually nudges me to reflect on what I’m doing too! Starting martial arts, running a marathon and choosing to set up a business, to name a few, have all come from seeds planted when seeing what others already do.

What inspires me?
I am inspired by finding moments of joy, creativity and challenge in the day-to-day. I love that feeling when an unexpected moment of wellbeing sneaks up on you and you find yourself taking photos of dew-covered cobwebs or closing your eyes to smell more deeply! This inspires me to learn and then share more about being effective, balanced, and generally happier and better at what we do!

What inspires me?
Watching people grow, develop and succeed has always been a big part of my career. I have the privilege of holding a thinking space for leaders and teams and enabling them to achieve their goals and be more confident, resourced and successful, which makes me very proud, whether this be in coaching, supervision or my leadership development programmes. I gain my personal inspiration from learning and growing; through conversations with others, reading, and podcasts. I get my best ideas when out in nature, walking my dogs in the woods or Northumberland coastline. I gain balance from yoga, exercise and veg gardening, all of which enable the space for what is yet to come.

What inspires me?
As a coach, I draw inspiration from the transformative power of coaching itself, witnessing firsthand the growth, resilience, and breakthroughs it cultivates within individuals. It’s pure magic. Creativity serves as a cornerstone in my coaching approach, as I encourage clients to explore innovative solutions and perspectives to their challenges, empowering them to unlock their full potential. My experience in substance misuse work instils me with a deep sense of empathy and understanding, allowing me to meet clients with compassion and without judgment. Outside of coaching, I’ve a passion for stand-up comedy (yep, both on and off stage!), camping trips with my boy, yoga, live music, and festivals.

What inspires me?
Travel, podcasts, regenerative agriculture, permaculture, wild swimming, yoga, horses, bird song, my garden, my kids, the cat, friends, family, music, drumming, dancing, sweat-lodges, community, deep connection, learning, poetry, walking, cycling all inspire me. I have experience of working with people through life transitions such as bereavement, the end of relationships, pregnancy, parenting, the menopause and redundancy. Through education, coaching, somatics, yoga, ritual, imagination and meditation I support people in creating a full life, a regenerative life, so they can do more than simply exist to fit into external systems such as expectations of the 9-5; or marriage and 2.4 kids. We are living in a time of systems change and I am inspired by people who are systems disrupters, internal magicians, contrary question askers, misfits and mavericks!
