Building Resilience & Managing Stress

  • The right level of stress can be positive and productive but what happens when stress levels become too high? Resilience and stress management are essential skills to navigate the workplace with both well-being and personal effectiveness. This coaching session helps you to explore effective strategies to help identify stress triggers, challenge beliefs and consider approaches to more healthily manage your stress levels.

Unhealthy Perfectionism

  • We can sometimes let our drive to be ‘perfect’ hold us back, which in turn, can lead to procrastination. The need to overwork and achieve excessively high standards can lead to burnout. Striving for perfection and the quest to maintain it, can be very costly on our time and our well-being. In this coaching session, we will help you to explore your beliefs and drivers and to learn strategies to help you drive for excellence and progression in a healthier and more productive and effective way.

Boosting Productivity

  • Life can be busy with various spinning plates, time-stealers and interruptions. We can often feel that we don’t have enough time, whilst at other points we can procrastinate and waste the time we do have available. This coaching session explores your focus, energy and time management and considers what impact these have on your productivity. We share techniques and strategies to help you increase your personal and professional efficiency and effectiveness.

Imposter Syndrome

  • Many individuals feel that they are simply not good enough despite evidence to the contrary. Do you feel like an imposter or fraud in your role and your life, and do you fear getting found out in some way? This can often lead to overwork or avoidance. This coaching session helps you to explore why you may feel like this. It help you to explore imposter types and strategies for helping you realise your self-worth and that you are already enough even though we are all ‘works in progress’.

Visiblity and building personal brand

  • Being good at your job is essential for success. However, there is more to success than performance. Other components include our image (how others describe us when we leave the room) and the exposure we have with others. In this coaching session, we help you to explore the importance of your image and visibility. We help you think about your current personal image and how visible you are, as well as strategies to build your personal brand for success.

Performing with confidence

  • Feeling anxious before you present or are expected to perform at work is perfectly normal. Nerves are a sign of your body preparing you to give your best performance. But nerves, and in some instances performance anxiety, can take over and have a negative impact. In this session, individuals learn different strategies to address beliefs, beat inner critics and psyche themselves up to give their best performance.

Managing Wellbeing During Change

  • Change is inevitable but lots of us are facing more change than ever before. Even positive change through advancement, development and promotion can lead to a sense of loss of what came before. This coaching session is designed to support anyone going through any change and transition – personal or organisational – helping you to feel better equipped to embrace your change and transition more positively.

Emotional Intelligence

  • Studies show that Emotional Intelligence and being self-aware, handling emotions, empathising with others and building relationships are the biggest determiners of success. In today’s environment this is more important than ever. In this coaching session, you can explore how you can more effectively understand and manage your own emotions and build effective relationships with others.

Courageous and Confident Conversations

  • Navigating challenging conversations can be very difficult due to various factors, often leading to a tendency to avoid or handle them ineffectively. Approaching conversations with courage and confidence is crucial for fostering more constructive and meaningful relationships. This interactive session offers a space to explore the skills essential for navigating challenging conversations with empathy and assertiveness. There are many tools provided in this session to equip delegates to help them have conversations with confidence.
