ILM Level 7 Overview

Introduction

This qualification is designed for senior managers, senior individuals in HR/OD, and professionals who want to develop their expertise and credibility in coaching and mentoring at the executive level, or to establish coaching at an organisational level. This qualification is also for senior individuals or professional coaches and mentors seeking to enhance and accredit their experience with an internationally recognised qualification.

Duration & Continuation

You'll be assessed through a combination of an extended written assignment, a coaching and mentoring portfolio, and a reflective journal. This is a comprehensive assessment designed to ensure you can effectively apply what you've learned. You'll need to demonstrate that you have completed at least 20 hours of coaching / mentoring. The qualification you earn isn't just a certificate; it's a testament to your competence and readiness to function as a high-level coach or mentor in any executive or organisational setting.

Internationally Recognised

ILM qualifications enjoy international recognition. As such, those who secure the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring are globally acknowledged for their professional competency in the domain. By enrolling on this course, you will automatically receive the first year's membership to the Institute of Leadership and Management.
